How our Domestic Cleaning Service Works

 
Our cleaners work to a regular schedule. Most of our customers like to book a weekly clean for the same time and on the same day each week. We can be flexible to fit around you but we always keep our promises. If we say we are going to be there, we'll be there.
 
You'll always have the same cleaner each week. This helps you build familiarity and trust and helps our cleaner to do the best job in the time allocated.

What To Expect from your Domestic Cleaning

 
We will turn up at the agreed time. For your first visit, we'll ask you to show us around the home, pointing out anything you think we should know. We will talk through how we clean certain areas. We will answer any questions you have, and then we'll get to work.
 
We prefer to use your cleaning materials and equipment as much as possible. This makes sure you get the products you like and the results you'd expect.
 
Once completed we'll ask to make sure you are happy with everything and you'll be sent an invoice via email. You can pay this either by bank transfer (which most of our customers prefer) or by card payment.
 
Over time, many of our customers prefer for us to clean when they are at work but we're comfortable either way.

* Our staff do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster,  we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

**In order to provide the highest quality cleaning, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, etc where possible.  If excess clutter is present, we will do our best to clean around these areas. We do not clean the following:  display areas, electronics, pet waste or dishes.

Cancellation/Lockout Policy

Please note that if service is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be payable.
